Ainsley Duncan

Specialist Educator

Ainsley has worked in the education system for over 20 years, first as a classroom teacher, then as a specialist inclusion support teacher, complex case manager and behaviour consultant. She has supported students, families, teachers and schools with planning, managing and addressing behavioural and mental health concerns and planning and adjusting for people with disabilities. Ainsley has obtained a Diploma of Counselling and works with children, young people and adults on developing their social and emotional skill sets and addressing mental health challenges and learning difficulties. She works with parents, carers and schools to understand how to best support their children and clients, and to seek out other support avenues. Ainsley has a particular interest in ADHD and Autism and provides education sessions both in clinic and workplaces in neurodivergence and support processes.
